Brick
Where value is delivered. The places, people and businesses that provide real services. Each brings expertise, capacity and a relationship with its neighbourhood.
MAFAR MANEUVER PROJECT
Our thesis for connecting the strengths of local businesses through Brick, Community and Tech.
An evolving ecosystem of companies that helps independent players build, serve and grow together.
Independent strengths. Connected possibilities.
01THE BELIEF
Local businesses carry something valuable: expertise, relationships and the trust of the communities they serve.
Growing that business also requires capabilities that take time and resources to build: technology, talent development, marketing, operational support and access to partnerships.
We believe an ecosystem can make these capabilities more accessible—while respecting the identity, expertise and relationships each operator brings.
I want to build an ecosystem where independent local players can create greater value together, for their businesses and the communities around them.

02EXPLORE THE ARCHITECTURE
Mafar builds the companies and shared capabilities that support sector networks. Each network grows through local clusters, connected by Brick, Community and Tech.
Choose a company to explore its role in the ecosystem.
Corporate direction, governance and shared business capabilities. The work of aligning people, resources and responsibilities across the ecosystem.
Choose a sector to zoom into a local cluster and follow the connections. Start with Healthcare.
A conceptual map of shared capabilities and collaboration. Connections represent participation, not ownership. Each sector’s P555 is developed for its own context.
03HOW THE MODEL WORKS
Physical delivery. Trusted relationships. Digital coordination. Each makes the others more useful.
The places, people and businesses that provide real services. Each brings expertise, capacity and a relationship with its neighbourhood.
The relationships connecting families, professionals, businesses and local institutions. Useful programmes and ongoing participation turn connection into trust.
The platforms that help people discover services, make arrangements and continue the relationship. Tools that help operators coordinate and work better.
Brick delivers the service.
Community builds the trust.
Tech connects the journey.
04LIFE INSIDE A CLUSTER
A local cluster brings together independent operators from 10 complementary subverticals within a sector. Each contributes a different capability.
Together, they can respond to a broader range of local needs, coordinate programmes and build stronger relationships with the community.
Follow an illustrative healthcare journey.
A family hears about a children’s health programme through their school. A useful local relationship opens the door.

A cluster becomes valuable when its relationships lead to useful services and reliable experiences.
05THE ROLE OF MAFAR
Some are taking shape through our work in healthcare. Others are being developed or will be built as the needs of the ecosystem become clearer.
Establish clear participation principles, responsibilities and shared standards.
Clarity and accountability in how partners work together.Build capabilities in people, operations, media, technology and business support.
Useful expertise and infrastructure, accessible across the network.Create opportunities for collaboration, market access, efficiency and new services.
Shared strengths turned into value that can be measured.INDEPENDENCE + PARTICIPATION
Independent players bring their own brands, expertise, teams and local relationships. Participation is built around clear agreements: what each partner contributes, what support they receive and how they work with others.
Shared services, collaborative programmes and selected ventures can offer different levels of participation.
The strength of the network begins with its participants.06THE FIRST HORIZON
Each develops its own Project 555, local cluster structure and network of complementary operators—shaped by the realities of that sector.

REAL PEOPLE. REAL OPERATIONS.07HEALTHCARE FIRST
Our work in healthcare gives us a practical starting point: real teams, real operations and relationships with the communities we serve.
Through Mafar Healthcare, Klinik Rumi and the capabilities developing around them, we are working towards a more connected model of local care.
HEALTHCARE PROJECT 555
The scale we aim to build. The value we must prove.
Easier access and a more connected service journey.
Useful support and demonstrable value from participation.
Collaboration that works consistently and can sustain itself.
A model that can be improved, repeated and adapted.
Working towards 2030, our planning direction for the end of 2027 is 20 clinics and 15 clusters, with a proposed goal of 50,000 Mafar+ families and a target for all clinics to use Mafar+ in real operations.
Planning direction, October 2026. Expansion and product capabilities depend on operational readiness.
08THE NETWORK ECONOMY
Better access, useful programmes and stronger relationships within a neighbourhood.
Shared learning, operational capabilities and opportunities developed across a sector.
Complementary networks creating new services and experiences around wider human needs.
An economy in which independent players gain value by contributing value—and communities benefit from the connections.
09BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT
I am building MMP with a long-term belief: strong local businesses and strong communities can help each other grow.
My role is to help shape the ecosystem, bring the right people together and build the capabilities that make collaboration work.
If you operate a local business, build useful capabilities or see a meaningful opportunity for collaboration, I would like to hear from you.
